Tips for First Generation

In order to correctly and completely fill out the FAFSA, please follow the following rules:

• FAFSA has to be filled out by both parents and students in 2 separate logins.
• FSAid is an 'id' that has to created by each member for logging into the FAFSA. 
• You can create FSAid in the FAFSA website. 
• FSAids are to be created separately for students and parents for each application.
• Please set the deadline for completion of FAFSA to 10/15/20XX. 
• You can add unto 10 colleges on your FAFSA.
• Most grants are first come first served in many colleges.
• FAFSA forms do not determine the eligibility of ACCEPTANCE into any college.
• Some colleges have multiple grants.
